5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the original deposit and bonus must be wagered 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member may benefit from each promotion only once.
• Bonuses apply to one account only — claiming the same promotion on multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
• jyjilibet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

jyjilibet's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Members can advance to higher tiers based on their type of play and overall activity. Cashback is credited to active members' accounts every Monday.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once all bets are finalized, they cannot be cancelled or changed. Game results are determined by the technical system and are binding on all parties. In the event of any technical error, jyjilibet will investigate and make a decision.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football and other sports is conducted according to applicable rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with jyjilibet's policy.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Results of live dealer games and slot machines are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly tested and verified. The game providers' own rules also apply.

6.4 Technical Issues

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by jyjilibet

jyjilibet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Order from a court or law enforcement agency
• Unsafe or harmful gaming behaviour

8.2 Closure by the User

9 Limitation of Liability
